Each Hotel’s housekeeping team is working extremely hard to ensure that the stay of their guests are most pleasant and all guests’ expectations are met. A vital part of guest experience in Hotel is the bedroom linen, bathroom towels and linen in food outlets. We understand this very well and act as a true partner to Hotels in their daily operations processes, by delivering the highest quality of product on time and with accuracy. We provide a washing service for customers own stock (bed linen, towels, food and beverage and uniforms) for many prestigious hotels in Doha, such as Marriott Marquis City Center Doha, Shangri-La Doha and City Center Rotana. We also cater to restaurants, spas and gyms.

We understand that the first impression counts, hence our focus to deliver our products to the end users with the highest quality. We provide laundry facilities across the services sectors, including Taxi companies, Catering Operators and Industrial customers.

Blue Collar Services

We provide a comprehensive laundry solution for the fast growing ‘Blue Collar’ volume Labor Operations in Doha. With the high volume of tenants living on a work site, it is extremely important to have a proven system in place to cater for needs of such large number of individual customers. We are experienced in large volume operations and have been providing services to the construction industry since laundry operations began. MCL currently provide services to more than 10,000 individuals per day.

The Laundry operation is divided into 2 areas:

  • Flatwork – For bed linen, towels, food & beverage linen processing.
  • Garment – For uniforms, Hospitality garments and management clothing processing.

These areas are clearly partitioned to avoid contamination of the linen/garments.

The main laundry is equipped with machines supplied by ‘Jensen’ machinery (supplier of flatwork equipment), IPSO washer extractors, Forenta and Colmac finishing stations, and a MetalProgetti sorting system. Chemicals are supplied from Diversey.

Our aim, together with all our supporting partners is to ensure that our wash processes are designed to achieve the best washing results possible and at the same time protect the investment in linen of our customers.
